Kareena’s possessiveness for her director Imtiaz

We all know that how Aishwarya Rai and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Karisma Kapoor and David Dhawan, Kajol and Karan Johar - all Bollywood actresses were overprotective about their respective hit directors. Now, it is Kareena Kapoor who also shows like indications with Jab We Met director Imtiaz Ali.
Imtiaz Ali is casting Om Shanti Om girl, Deepika Padukone for his upcoming movie as a replacement for Kareena.During the awards night, Kareena made a comment saying that she was upset because she was not been casted in Imtiaz's next film. Her bold speech, that too on the stage, left Imtiaz pretty surprised. Though she made this comment in a teasing manner, it seemed that she got her point straightforward.
It was assumed likely by Kareena that after making a hit like Jab We Met, Imtiaz would obviously cast her in his next movie. But when she got to know that it was OSO girl Deepika Padukone and not she, she was quite displeased. So on stage at the Filmfare awards function, Kareena cleverly placed the message across. It was her way of letting Imtiaz know that she is not very happy about not being part of his next film.

A social activist behind Film Stars!

Ravina Tondon, Shahrukh Khan, Johny Lever, Karan Johar with Sahara Parivar and Times Foundation contributed for the orphans. Karan Johar and Shahrukh Khan donated Rs. 1 Lakhs each to the orphans. Sahara Parivar offered 2 Lakhs for them, while Johny Lever donated the amount of Rs. 1 lakhs for them.
Earlier Raveena Tondon used to visit these children in Vasai. When she got to know that the landlord of the chawl is evicting the children, she got into the act. She housed those children in her bungalow. Since December 2005 they were living in her bungalow under the supervision of Sister Martha. Now Raveena has moved ahead and has arranged space for them in Vasai, which will be the permanent house for these children. Actresses like Raveena and Sushmita Sen have proved that they are really very helpful and love to do such kind of social service. Raveena Todon's Dobara movie did not hit the box office but still some people like me appreciated that movie. Role which Raveena has done in Shool was the best.
This is really a good initiative taken by Raveena. But it is so bad that Shahrukh and Karan Johar contributed just Rs. 1 Lakhs only. They could have contributed more. It’s good that Johny Lever has contributed 5 Lakhs for the children.
Common man can never contribute so much huge amount. But celebrities who earn so much can surely contribute. But still…. At least they took the initiative for donating for the orphans!!!
