Mahima Chaudhary in Hope and Little Sugar!!!

Lately when Mahima Chaudhary was interviewed about her comeback films Hope and Little Sugar she said that it is quite uncomfortable when people called Hope and Little Sugar as her comeback films. Comeback is a scruffy word. She says that there are many actresses who marry and deliver babies and then feature in films but then that doesn’t mean that they have left the industry. So comeback is not an appropriate word to be used.

She also asked the interviewers that when Britney Spears delivered a baby and then released an album, did anybody call it her comeback album? Then why to single out Bollywood actresses was her question.

When she was asked whether she has signed for any other film, she said that not yet. But she is desperate to do some meaty role. She also spoke about her daughter that she would not like to leave her daughter alone at home and go for shootings. She says that her daughter Ariana is an angel in her life.

Big B starts Blogging!!!!

After Aamir Khan and Ajay Devgan, now it is the turn of Amitabh Bachchan to start blogging and interacting with his fans through the Internet. Big B has tied up with bigadda.com and will have his personal space there, where he will interact with his fans. He has requested his fans to talk to him, give him advice and suggestions, and said that he wants to show them the real him through the blog site.

When contacted Amitabh Bachchan said that yes his ID is bigb.bigadda.com. This gives him a platform to put across his views and thoughts and an opportunity to interact with his fans directly.
When asked him how actively he plans to blog, given his busy schedule, he said that he’d try to attend to it on a daily basis. He is new to this, so he is yet uncertain about the kind of time constraint it will involve. But he would like to make my blogs as personal as possible. Siddharth Roy Kapoor, COO of bigadda.com, said that this was a joint effort from Mr Bachchan and them to have a platform for him where he can express his views as well as interact with everyone on a one-to-one basis. Mr Bachchan wanted to have his own worldwide space, he wanted to share his thoughts and views through a blog site for a long time. Given the kind of interest and the initiative that he has taken, he is sure that he will be fairly active and will be interacting on a regular basis. He also guesses the best way for people to find out whether he is active or not is to write in and see how long it takes him to respond.

Mr. White Mr. Black

Gopi (Sunil Shetty)in Mr. White Mr. Black, a simpleton, arrives in Goa from Hoshiyarpur, to hand over a tiny piece of land to his childhood friend Kishen, which was his father’s last wish. Kishen, now a conman, swindles people with a little help from his accomplice, Babu, to earn enough money to educate his sibling Divya who’s studying in London. When Kishen gets to know that Gopi has reached Goa to meet him, he avoids him. Only because he doesn’t want to give up his flourishing business and travel to Hoshiyarpur just to take possession of a measly piece of land! However, Gopi is adamant to meet Kishen and is aided by Tanya, daughter of the owner of KG Resorts. Little do they realise that three girls are holed up at KG Resorts with stolen diamond worth crores. When Kishen, Babu and everyone else learn about this they all make a mad rush for KG Resorts. Gopi finds himself a part of the gang.

Aamir Khan’s Delhi Belly!!!

Delhi Belly, Aamir Khan’s latest production is almost having a stomach shaking experience. After having roped in Swedish director Robert Nylund, the actor has now developed some unalterable creative differences with him. So out goes Mr Nylund, and ad filmmaker Abhinay Deo who is the younger brother of popular Marathi actor Ajinkya Deo makes a quick entry.
Abhinay Deo, who has shot the recent cola commercial featuring Shah Rukh, Deepika and Ranbir, was the original choice as the director. But Abhinay was working on his first feature film script then and had turned down Aamir's offer. Explains Abhinay. Aamir had approached him almost eight months ago. But he was busy working on his owns script then along with the producers - Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Eventually, his film got delayed. Recently, Aamir called to check what he was up to, and that's how he grabbed the film. So what really went wrong between Aamir and Robert? Why Robert is no longer part of the film. He has just started casting for the film, which has been written by Los Angeles-based Akshat Verma. The buzz is that Akshat was keen on directing his script but Aamir was not very impressed with the idea. Abhinay, who has just directed a commercial for a cell phone company featuring eight actors, is optimistic about Aamir playing a pivotal character in the dark comedy. He said that there are 50-50 chances. But he’s yet to get a confirmation. Ask him if he has roped in Chitrangada Singh and he says: "Not yet. We have just been approaching actors."

Saat Rang Ke Sapne

Saat Rang Ke Sapne is a movie that depicts the story of a women who is forced into marriage with a mentally crazy man, Yashoda gives birth to a child, only to have her husband kill himself and the child, leaving her overwhelmed and alone. This leaves her brother, Bhanu angry and bitter at this loss, and swears to avenge this mortification. His revenge is satisfied every year when he asks his employee and close friend, Mahipal to run a bullock-cart race, and defeat his sister’s in-laws, and every year Mahipal wins. Bhanu, in his mid forties, is still not married, although he used to encourage a village belle, who has feelings for him. One day Bhanu and Mahipal give a ride in their bullock-cart to a couple, Baldev, and his sister Jalima, who are travelling and performing gypsies. During this ride, Bhanu hopelessly falls in love with Jalima, on one hand, and Mahipal wants to ditch the couple midway, as he does not like them.
